Gluten Free Brownie
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
2 heaping tablespoons tahini
1 large egg
1 packet baking powder (about 10 g)
Zest of half an orange and 1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 tea glass walnuts, chopped
A pinch of salt
Chocolate Sauce:
60 grams dark chocolate
100 grams heavy cream
Instructions:
Mash the bananas and whisk them together with the egg.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) with top and bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
Let the brownie cool completely before adding the chocolate sauce.
For the Chocolate Sauce:
Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler (bain-marie) method.
Add the heavy cream and stir until smooth and well combined.
Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the cooled brownie before serving.
