Gluten Free Brownie

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 2 heaping tablespoons tahini

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 packet baking powder (about 10 g)

  • Zest of half an orange and 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tea glass walnuts, chopped

  • A pinch of salt

Chocolate Sauce:

  • 60 grams dark chocolate

  • 100 grams heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Mash the bananas and whisk them together with the egg.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.

  3. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) with top and bottom heat for about 30 minutes.

  5. Let the brownie cool completely before adding the chocolate sauce.

For the Chocolate Sauce:

  1. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler (bain-marie) method.

  2. Add the heavy cream and stir until smooth and well combined.

  3. Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the cooled brownie before serving.
