Gluten Free No Sugar Bar

Ingredients:

  • 50 g sesame seeds

  • 50 g sunflower seeds

  • 50 g pumpkin seeds

  • 50 g peanuts (unsalted, shelled)

  • 10 g whole flaxseeds

  • 10 g ground flaxseeds

  • 20 g chia seeds

  • 10 g fennel seeds

  • 1 cup hot water

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.

  2. Pour in the hot water and mix well. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.

  3. Spread the mixture thinly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper using a spatula.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F) for 15 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven, cut into desired shapes, and separate slightly.

  6. Bake for another 5 minutes.

  7. Let cool completely before serving.
