Gluten Free No Sugar Bar
Ingredients:
50 g sesame seeds
50 g sunflower seeds
50 g pumpkin seeds
50 g peanuts (unsalted, shelled)
10 g whole flaxseeds
10 g ground flaxseeds
20 g chia seeds
10 g fennel seeds
1 cup hot water
Salt to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
Pour in the hot water and mix well. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.
Spread the mixture thinly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper using a spatula.
Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F) for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven, cut into desired shapes, and separate slightly.
Bake for another 5 minutes.
Let cool completely before serving.
