Gluten Free No Sugar Tahini Cake

Instructions:

  1. Grind the dried mulberries into a powder or fine crumbs.

  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until fluffy.

  3. Add the tahini, ground mulberries, baking soda, and a few drops of vinegar to the eggs.

  4. Mix all the ingredients well until you get a smooth batter.

  5. Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined baking pan.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 25–30 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  7. Let it cool before serving. Enjoy!

  • 60 grams dried mulberries

  • 3 eggs

  • 100 grams tahini

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
