Gluten Free No Sugar Tahini Cake
Instructions:
Grind the dried mulberries into a powder or fine crumbs.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs until fluffy.
Add the tahini, ground mulberries, baking soda, and a few drops of vinegar to the eggs.
Mix all the ingredients well until you get a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined baking pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 25–30 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let it cool before serving. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
60 grams dried mulberries
3 eggs
100 grams tahini
1 teaspoon baking soda
A few drops of vinegar
